Wrong payment and inactive product

I bought one product from trader {lobster} and it is not function on my mt5, it is for mt4,can i cancel the product? Instead for buy one time from my master card, it bought  five time and i wanted to cancel the product.Can i cancel the product, it is not upto 3 days

Now

I asked to refund my money, nobody answer me.

Please, help forum, what should i do?

And if you bought some product and this product was deleted from the Market so you can install it anyway (this is the procedure from the service desk).

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
4. Open MetaTrader terminal
5. Try to install product again

Why?
You want to refund, but you do not want to read my posts where I collected the rules for refund.

If you haven't activated your purchase, you can cancel the purchase, and you will autotacically get refund to your mql5 forum profile.
And this rules is valid within 7 days since you bought the product(you can not refund after 7 days).

Contacting "service desk" would be the best bet, since they are not responding, you could try any of the following:

■ block the card

■ move the funds to another account,

■ deactivate(delete) this MQL5 account

■ complain at your bank to prevent such transactions but it may affect other things since they won't be able to differentiate which is which.
