Big problem copy trades!

I have a big problem with my trade copy!
Indeed, on March 27th a trade was copied with a lot of 1.15 whereas in normal times the trades are max 0.1
I lost €270 in a single trade whereas until now the maximum was €35.
Moreover, the same morning I had changed my copy settings to 5% of my capital.
Is this an error on the part of the server?
Can I be reimbursed?

Check the balances, leverages and currencies used by you and the signal.
It's a problem from the copying system, look at the screenshot, the VPS opened such a big trade, I've never seen this !
You can check this order in your log file (because I did not find this order on the log file you provided).
After that - go to the signal provider's page and check the same big order.
