Complex Balance Indicator

I have recently been testing with great success the Complex Cluster Indicators that are discussed in an article online at
Practical Application of Cluster Indicators in FOREX - MQL4 Articles
In the Paragragh titles Balance line. It speaks of an indicator called Complex_Balance that is able to create the balance line automaticly. I was wondering if anyone had this indicator. Or if anyone was interested in making it. I looked at ONIX-TRADE.NET with no luck. I think this is a great indicator to add to the arsenal.I have this one.

Cluster Indicators wast of time

The Cluster indicators developed by "SemSemFX@rambler.ru" are a waste of time as they do not update with price.
Place them on a 5 min chart and they fall behind the price.
They appear to be good in concept.

I can't see the point, except very very volatile market -- i.e. we will also lost -- with this indicator -- could be for those 1M trader
i want this indicator too anyone can help ????
