How to get a refund
MQL5.com Market doesn't offer refunds if the product has been activated on your MT4/5 terminal.
Maybe the indicator works as it should, but you expected something different, but even so you should be able to discuss about it with the author.
If the author/seller doesn't respond to your messages, you could write something in the product's comments section to draw his/her attention.
If even that doesn't work, your last resort is the reviews section.

If you've already done this and were not satisfied with the service you received, you can Try the website's technical support , Create order option, in the wizard select Cancel purchase OR Finance >> Other question ...
