Dear all,
We know that the market is not deterministic, it is a stochastic market because of unexpected moving, manipulation on the pairs and all gamers in the market have not same intelligence.
-200 USD for 10K, that is max 2% DD. It is also equal 50 pip stop-loss point in my system. The volatility of GBPUSD is very high. So, we cannot say that the trend changed after only 50 pips. Thus, any reserval trades will be dangerous.
Because the market is stochastic, I prefer to work with probability instead of the reserval tradings. My system works with 3.5 pip take-profit and 50 pip stop-loss points. That means that the EA can recover a loss after about 14 profitable trades. The EA can obtain 14 profitable trades in a day. So, a loss can be covered one day, two days.
This logic is suitable if any EA has a high winning rate. According to the above results, the EA has 49 profitable trades out of 51 trades. The current win rate is 96.08%.
Let's calculate the mathematical expectation for a trade as pip, not as USD. We use the probabilities now. If the result is not negative, ok, the system is good. But, it is profitable enough?
Expectation of a trade as pip = 3.5 x 96.08% - 50 x 3.92% = 1.4028 pip
After 100 trades, we expect 1.4028 x 100 = 140.28 pip, the system is good.
So, losses can appear but its probability must be low. In my system any losses are welcome! So, the revrsal trades are dangerous and it is not necessary in my system.
