Entre os parâmetros você ira precisar de um do ChatID :

Como obter um CHAT_ID : - Converse com o BotFather para criar o Bot e obter o Token da API do Bot. Se você tinha Bot, pule a etapa. - Abra as informações do canal/grupo, depois Gerenciar, Adicionar Administradores, digite o nome de usuário do bot e clique em Salvar - Envie qualquer mensagem para o canal/grupo como "oi" - converse com bot @userinfobot , depois encaminhe a mensagem em seu canal para bot @userinfobot , o bot responderá o ID do seu canal.

- Você deve permitir o WebRequest e adicionar a URL https://api.telegram.org em "Ferramentas" → "Opções" → "Expert Advisors" em seu Mt4.
