After checking the MQL5 VPS journals (and MT4 journal) to be sure that everything is fine - yes, you can close MT4.

Hello, I am new to VPS. I have migrated my EA to VPS and can see that VPS is running...

While i do understand all the MQL5 rules that we can not recommend other sites(VPS) here, i do not agree much with you. MQL5 VPS is only ideal for one account. For us who like copy trading and use many accounts its not ideal.
Also some of EAs we purchase outside MQL5 have DLL for reading licenses of which DLL is not allowed by MQL5 VPS.
So for me i think your post is more like company politics. I know very well this my post may result me in potential ban or deleted on this forum, but thus the fact.
MQL5 is good and suitable only for single account terminal.

All that is nice, but you are on MQL5.com website and on MQL5.com website, MQL5.com makes the rules.

You can talk about non MQL5.com solutions on non MQL5.com websites.

I am experiencing performance issues with my EA on the MetaTrader VPS. My EA is designed to close trades after a 100 pip gain, but it sometimes takes several minutes for this to happen. The same EA works well on my local computer.

Currently, I have 10 charts open, and the MetaTrader VPS shows 0% CPU usage (21 threads), 380MB of memory usage, and disk usage. While the <1ms latency is excellent, it becomes pointless if the orders take several minutes to be executed by the EA.

Am I missing something? My EAs are not computationally intensive (0% CPU usage on the MetaTrader VPS with 10 charts open). Could it be related to VPS resource limitations, network latency, I/O performance, or some configuration differences? I've checked the logs but didn't find any specific errors or warnings.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
