Вы бы хоть прогуглили проблему прежде чем одну звезду ставить советнику не разобравшись. Советник исправен, видимо техническая проблема самой платформы MQL5. Инструмент очень гибкий и постоянно обновы приходят, функции добавляются в том числе по просьбам пользователей.
