WOULD LIKE TO CREATE A TRADING ROBOT FOR MY STRATEGY AND I WANT EVERYTHING I SAY IN IT. FUTURE WORK WITH ME AND MY COMPANY UPON COMPLETION

Hi everybody! 

I would like a trading algorithm created which works fine in Metatrader 4. There are a number of things that I would like included in it and they are as followed:

All figures are an example, and not exactly what I want. The figures will be different when I give you then.

Trades are placed depending on the daily candlestick and a moving average. If the current price is above the moving average then I will ONLY want to buy, and if price is below the moving average I ONLY want to sell. The moving average will be 100 (that is an example figure).

I want to plot my support and resistance levels in the indicator so for example: If I say for EURUSD my support and resistance lines are 1.10700, 1.10100, 1.11300 then I want you to indicate that on the indicator. So if price is currently above the moving average, and breaks my resistance level by 30 pips(example number) on a daily close then I would like the trade entered as a long to my target which I will be my next resistance level which I can supply you with. 

Again I would like in this robot to have these included:

- Money management (Risk only 0.5% of capital per any one position).

- A moving average in there which will determine if only buy or sells are placed.

- My support and resistance levels.

- Trades entered upon a break of a resistance if price is above moving average or if price is below a moving average then a sell is placed upon break of a support. Trades are only entered if there is a strong candlestick break on the daily where 80% of candlestick is a body. I will attach screenshots to what I mean!

- Stoploss placement

So to conclude I would like this created, and we can talk more about it if you are sure you can create this.
