Job to plot lines and count crosses

I am looking for a developer who can create a robot.

Rules.

1. once i place the robot on the chart, it will plot 4 lines. 2 lines above and 2 lines below.
The distance between the current price and the first line at top and down should be in the inputs. This distance will also be the distance between each of the lines.

2. when price crosses the lines at the top, place a buy trade. when it crosses the line at the bottom, place a sell trade.

3. give option for distance for lines, sl, tp, comment and all the standard parameters

4. we can have only one trade per line. you can only place another trade on a line when the old trade is closed, and price has crossed below and above again 4 times. if there is a buy and price rises to the line above it, place another buy on the higher line.
eg. if there is a buy trade (on a particular top lines), wait till it closes. then now, wait for price to fall below this line and cross up again 4 times before you buy again.

5. when price crosses the line, have a counter at the right side of the line that does not move across the screen. each line will have its independent counter.
eg. when price crosses first time, a counter of 1 should appear at right side of line just crossed. when it comes down and crosses above again, the comment should change from 1 to 2. it should reach 4 before another trade is placed on this same line. after that, counting should continue even when new trades are not placed.

6. each trade has its own counter, starting from when it is first crosses. a counter shold only happen when price crosses,. so first will be 1. then price has to come down and up the line again before it goes to 2.
