Need a profitable ea on backtest

i need a profitable ea

the condition are =

-work on major pair or popular cross rate pair

-this ea trade every day with condition open trade every day buy or sell from 00:00 till 23.00, and every open trade is close on that day on 23:55 )

-have a take profit menu ( this ea have a reasonable ratio for take profit vs stop loss )

-have a stop loss menu ( this ea have a reasonable ratio for take profit vs stop loss )

-have a money management menu

-work on time frame M1 till maximum H1 ( no trade on H4,D1,W1,Monthly,because this is daily trade ea )

-nice backtest result with consistent stable up balance equity curve ( its okay if you doing optimization or curve fitting,the important thing for me is this ea have a nice stable balance equity curve )

-backtest from 1 january 2000 till 12 august 2016 ( 16 years backtest )

-minimum 90 % backtest tick quality data ( better for me if you can provide 99 % tick backtest quality data )

-no mismatched chart errors

-provide me the code on mq4 file after the job finish with lifetime using ( not protected and not ex4 )

-No grid

-no scalping

-no martingale

-no need proof me with live demo or real,just give me a backtest report

i will test first the ea to make sure there is no repaint in this ea, and to make sure this ea can work on live trade demo or real
