Looking for Shorterm Losing Strategy/EA (scalping strategy the better) with 43% or less winrate with 1-risk and 1-reward Ratio 1:1

im buying a losing strategy (for educational purposes)
strategy must have this characteristics
1- 43% winrate or less the better (i will not buy the strategy if its above 44% winrate )
2- using 1 to 1 RISK REWARD ratio (example: if stop loss is 15 pips takeprofit is also 15 pips)
3 -proven that the strategy is losing (i will backtest the strategy to see if its really a losing strategy, by creating them on quant)
