Stop loss EA JOB

I require an EA that will place manage stop loss on my trade like this  : input stop loss  --->just below the low of the signal bar when a  buy order is executed

                                                                                                       : input stop loss ----> Just above the high of the signal bar when a sell order is executed

The EA must also set the take profit level according to pip value of the stop loss , for example if the stop loss is set 10pip , then the EA will put a Take profit of 20 pips according  to the parameter value  in the EA such as take profit x2 , x3 , x4 etc so x2 will be 20pips, x3 30pips etc..

The EA control all orders opened on several charts 

Important : I am running my own trading EA to execute the orders, so the EA you design must not interfere or conflict with my other EA
