A simple EA using candle high/low and fixed SL/TP

I am seeking an experienced MQL5 developer to create a custom Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5. The EA should automate trading based on specific rules related to stop-loss (SL), take-profit (TP), and order placement strategy on Forex pairs.

Key Features of the Expert Advisor:

  1. User Settings:

    • The user should be able to predefine the SL and TP for all orders for a specific Forex pair.
    • The EA should allow the user to specify the percentage of equity to risk per trade. This will determine the lot size of each trade based on the specified SL.

  2. Operational Requirements:

    • On the formation of a new candle, the EA should first delete all unrealized pending orders for the specified Forex pair.
    • It should then place a buy limit order at the low of the previous candle and a sell limit order at the high of the previous candle.
    • Both orders should have the predefined SL, TP, and risk% as determined by the user settings.
