Equity Manager with trailing stop and equity line chart

I need a very simple EA for Meta5 with following details:

First, I am explaining my need here. I don’t know we can say it EA or it will fall in any other category.

1-This software or add on  will create a equity line as a chart,  as we can see any trading instrument chart, when  we set the chart at line chart instead of candle stick. It will create line of equity with every move of equity.

2-      I will open all my trades manually and I will place all limit / stop orders manually. This EA will note my balance and  keep eye on my equity.  When my equity will reach at specific level in percentage ( plus or minus ), it will close all open trades at once and will cancel all limit or stop orders immediately. This add on will deal in percentage of current balance only. For Example, my account balance is 10000 USD and I set close all at 20%. Now EA will close all open trades, limit, stop orders as my account equity reaches at 12000. ( 10000 balance and 2000 or 20% is profit)

3-      It should have also trailing stop by percentage of account balance. For example, my final exit point is 20% of my account current balance, my balance is 10000 and I set trailing start at 10%, it will start trail when my equity reach at 10% ( 1000 USD Plus)  and then it will follow until exit percentage level.

4-      It will send me email alerts at 5 different levels in plus side and 5 levels in minus side. For example, I set target at 25% of current account balance, it will send first email at 5% plus. It will send only one email at 5%, then it will send email at 10%. If equity touches many time to 5%, it will send one email , no multiple emails. If equity goes at 10% and then reversed to 5 %, it will then again send me alert by email at 5% level.

5-      EA will send liquidation request at once. Some time I got Off Quote message. In this case it will try again as price moves. It will try until all instruments closed. It will send email alert when all open instruments closed. Some time a few exchanges closed, and EA received message for that instrument MARKET CLOSED, EA will wait for that instrument until market Re Open and then it will close all those instruments.

6-      I need one more facility in this EA. At my given percentage level, it could revers all trades. For example, I set exit at 15% of account balance. My account balance is 10000 USD. When my account equity will reach at 11500, ( 15% mean 1500 +10000 ) EA will close all open trades and will open all those instruments in revers side at market with same volium.     

7-      Some time, I found a wrong tick in meta trader5. Due to this, equity show,s very large amount in loss. Because of this, EA will not work if it found a very big spread in any instrument. So if I could facility to enter maximum spread for all instruments, it will best for me. Or you can give me good suggestion about this issue.
