Creating a EA based on 2 custom indicators

Hello,

I have 2 custom indicators that I want to use as entry signals filters. One of the indicators will also be used as exit indicator as a exit on opposite signal logic. 

There are 2 indicators Price Border and Forex Reversal indicator.

Here is the entry logic:

1 - BUY ORDER : The price must move under the Price Border, the candle must close under the Price Border and  Forex Reversal indicator must give a Alert_lv2 or a  Alert_lv3 signal on that same candle (I will need true/false parameters for using  Alert_lv2 or Alert_lv3 as filters).

2 - SELL ORDER : The price must move above the Price Border, the candle must close above the Price Border and  Forex Reversal indicator must give a Alert_lv2 or a  Alert_lv3 signal on that same candle (I will need true/false parameters for using  Alert_lv2 or Alert_lv3 as filters).

The Exact parameters I will need in the EA:

- Magic number

- time filter true/false (function to only trade during the time I will select )

- TP/SL in POINTS (not in pips) with true/false

- Indicators parameters

- use  Price Border as entry filter true/false

- use Forex Reversal indicator as entry filter true/false

- use  Alert_lv2 as entry signal true/false

- use  Alert_lv3  as entry signal true/false

- exit on opposite signal from  Forex Reversal indicator -  use  Alert_lv2 for exit true/false

                                                                                    - use  Alert_lv3 for exit true/false

- trailing stop true/false

- number of maximum opened trades (the maximum number of orders it can have opened)

NOTE: I DO NOT WHAT THE PRICE BORDER INDICATOR TO BE USED FOR THE CLOSE ON OPPOSITE SIGNAL, ONLY  Forex Reversal indicator.
