I want EA with time setting to trade

I'm planing on making an EA. In the file attached we wrote down our basic idea and requirements. Could you tell us if this is possible for you? If yes, we`d like to request an offer from you programming an Expert Advisor according to our file.

1. Basic idea: - the EA gets turned on - a zero point is set directly and the measurement for a trade opening begins - If the stock price changes by 0.4% (as an example) either up- or downwards and the EA opens corresponding position in this direction - directly an emergency stop is set -0.1% (as an example) under the opening - the normal, moveable stop is created -0.2% (as an example) under opening and moves only in direction in which one the trade got opened. In case of a pricefall, the stop sticks to the peak, otherwise it moves along the curve. - If the prices falls under 0.2% (as an example) from the peak, the trade will be closed directly and a new measurement starts and the zero point will be chanced to this place.
