MQL4 EA: cost averager/grid trader

Hi. I intend to create my custom grid EA. Here are the rules. Ea will need to ask me 1) How many pips for next order. If i insert 10 pips, EA will open order on 10 pips. If i insert 20, than it will open on the next 20 pips away. Second criteria. EA wont open order UNLESS i open a manual order first. So example, i open a buy order at Eur/Usd at 1.1810, tp 1.1820, Sl 1.1800, once my order reach tp qt 1.1820, EA will open BUY ORDER, at 1.1820 tp 1.1830 sl 1.1810. once price hit tp, ea will still open buy again at tp price sl will be 10 pips before open price. It will open buys till i will hit sl. Once sl, ea will automatically open sell. So lets say my buy order at 1.1830 hit sl at 1.1820, EA will auto open sell order at 1.1820, sl 1.1830 , tp 1.1810. it will constantly open sell order till i hit sl. The price of sl or tp is determine by my initial criteria. Do i want it to be 10 pips or 20 pips.  Not sure on the pricing, can anyone able to do such EA? Pricing is negotiable as long as such ea work.
