Recommendations:

Symbol: DE40, US30 now also with currency pairs! GBPUSD, EURUSD and XAUUSD
Time Frame: Any
Minimum deposit: $300 (leverage 500) The lower the leverage, the bigger account.
Account Type: ECN, Raw or Razor with very low spreads.

It is best if you find a broker with a fixed spread and test it out in demo.
