Over and under pattern

Hi, i need an indicator which is like this:

It will draw price movements like harmonic patterns. Gartley, Crab etc.

But it will draw something different known as Quasimodo.

In an uptrend; the indicator should first identify a top, second a low point, third a higher high top, fourth a lower low bottom. After it draws this pattern, it will mark the first top horizontally. Then it will draw the last leg of the price movement which will be the test of the horizontal line.

In a downtrend: Indicator should first identify a bottom, second a high point, third a lower low bottom , fourth a higher high top. After it draws this pattern, it will mark the first bottom horizontally. Then it will draw the last leg of the price movement which will be the test of the horizontal line.

What i need is to be able to make arrangements between the 5 legs of the pattern according to their height in pips and their duration (time) multiplied by each other.

For example, i want first leg to be at least 100 pips (in 5 digits platform). And i want second leg to be 1,3 times of the height of the first leg and take tima at least 2 times of duration of first leg. So if first leg’s creation takes 15 minutes than second leg should take at least 30 minutes and its height must be at least 130 pips. Same for other legs.  I want to be able to make comparison between any legs as their duration time and height.
