INDICATOR MODIFICATION REQUIRED

Hello. I need an indicator to be modified. As you know that the scales ( Top highest value & Bottom lowest value ) of an indicator change as new bars are formed. If we were to set a 50% level ( half way in between ) when we start, then as new bars appear , the upper & lower value would have changed. The already set 50% Level would no longer be exactly half way in between.

I require my indicator to have a parameter where if set to “ True “ , then the indicator will work out a fresh “ X % “ level ( we could input any % age like 20% , 40 % etc.. ) according to the new changed upper & lower value and display this as a level. This level would then change everytime upper & lower values change.
