Техническое задание

I need an EA to provide a MQLMySQL solution please. 

I want to send m5, m15, H1, H4, D1 and W1 data from various technical indicators to a MySQL database. The data will come from only one market. The DAX.

The indicators will be RSI and Stoch (values only).

MA Cross if fast MA is above slow MA = "Bullish" if fast MA is below slow MA = "Bearish" (the EA will send Bullish or Bearish)

I need an EA and other relevant files/dlls to be written to provide that information to a MySQL database. I understand I need a MQLMySQL.mqh and a library DLL?

I have an SQL database created already.
