Need Parabolic SAR EA

Hi

For GOMARKETS EA;

 Need to be able to enter specific amount for contract purchase. 

I need the following EA to conduct automated trading for forex and indices:

 1) Enter Long if prices crosses Parabolic SAR X and is above X moving Average and previous candle Green;

 2) Close long if Price crosses Parabolic SAR down. I am assuming that if I change Value of SAR  from 20 to 10 and trade is entered then when prices crosses 10 the price is closed and not 20.

3) Enter Short if prices crosses below parabolic SAR and is below X moving average and previous candle RED.

4) Close short trade when prices crosses above parabolic SAR.

Note X means I can enter specific value for Moving Average as well as trade as well as Parabolic SAR and amount to invest.
