Техническое задание

I need an EA that trades according to the following:

Introduction:

Trading session
PreLondon = 1hour before London session
London = London session

Trading the trend
Trend definition: D1 price higher than D1 open = trend up / D1 price lower than D1 open = trend down

Trading the wave
Wave definition: H1 price higher than H1 open = trend up / 11 price lower than H1 open = trend down

Money management:
Fixed lots or % of balance

Take profit:
Move trailing stop to take profit and decrease trailing step

Trading conditions:
1. D1 & H1 both up or both down
2. Only hidden pending orders @ 00 levels
3. PreLondon only @ .400/.500/.600 levels
4. London open all levels
5. No long allowed @ .900 level
6. No short alowed @ .100 level
7. No trading 1 hour before FFCAL RED NEWS on the pair
8. No trading less than 30 minutes after FFCAL RED NEWS in the pair
9. No trading if price > 80% of ADR
10. Distance to big round number must be > 10 pips (see 5 & 6)
13. Stop trading after reaching daily target.  (daily target = input parameter % of balance)
14. Stop Loss 10 pips
15. Take profit 5 pips
16. Trailstop 3.5 pips & Stoploss to BE @ 3.5 pips
17. Only pending orders
18. Only 1 trade per hour
