I need a MA alert indicator

My trading style will contain 2 MA lines parallel. One MA applied HIGH and One MA applied LOW  

And I need an indicator that can do the following:

1. Draw a parallel line (let's now say this line is RED, but this line is just for visual example for you to easier to understand what I mean, it will not be drawn on chart) with and ABOVE the MA HIGH, The space between these 2 lines is 5 pip!  (if possible, the pip space should be optional)

2. Draw a parallel line (let's now say this line is RED, but this line is just for visual example for you to easier to understand what I mean, it will not be drawn on chart) with and BELOW the MA LOW, The space between these 2 lines is 5 pip!  (if possible, the pip space should be optional)

3. Make crossing RED line sound and massage alert for the 2 following situations:

***************** In the situation that price went up is now ABOVE the MA HIGH ***************

- Trigger sound + Alert down ONLY when price heads back down and breaks down through the RED line. DO NOT TRIGGER sound + alert down in any other situation (breaks up RED line above MA HIGH, range in tight margin 1 - 3 pips in space between the RED line and MA HIGH, etc...)! 

- Only trigger sound + alert ONCE at the time price cross down the RED line. When price is already cross down through the RED line and range 1 - 2 pips inside the space between the RED line and MA HIGH --> DO NOT trigger any sound + alert.

The next down alert should ONLY BE TRIGGERED when Price heads up, breaks up through the RED line and BREAKS DOWN CROSS THROUGH the RED line above MA HIGH again ! 

The DOWN alert massage will be, for example,: "EURUSD - price is heading down and 5 pips away from MA HIGH"

 **************** In the situation that price went down is now BELOW the MA LOW *****************

- Trigger sound + Alert up ONLY when price heads back up and breaks up through the RED line. DO NOT TRIGGER sound + alert up in any other situation (breaks down RED line below MA LOW, range in tight margin 1 - 3 pips in space between the RED line and MA LOW, etc...) ! 

- Only trigger sound + alert ONCE at the time price cross up the RED line. When price is already cross up through the RED line and range 1 - 2 pip inside the space between the RED line and MA LOW --> DO NOT trigger any sound + alert.

The next up alert should ONLY BE TRIGGERED when Price heads down, breaks down through the RED line and BREAKS UP CROSS THROUGH the RED line below MA LOW again !  

The UP alert massage will be, for example,: "EURUSD - price is heading up and 5 pips away from MA LOW"
