Техническое задание

I need an EA which will place two pending orders starting at a user defined time. The EA will place one BUY and one SELL order at calculated price lines.  The EA will make sure that at all times there is either a pending order placed at these price lines or an active open order already open from this price line. The EA will close all trades and delete all pending orders when a user defined pips profit target is hit. The EA will also stop trading once the pips profit target is hit. Email’s will be sent to the user when specified events are triggered.

 

I have a number of others EA’s that I need coding, this is the simplest one my list. I am looking for a good developer to build a good working relationship with for all of my future EA developments. Someone who’s code works well and delivers projects on time.
