MT4 driven chart pattern recognition scanner

I am looking for a person to build a MT4 driven chart pattern recognition scanner.

This would be a long term collaboration with the right person.

I would like to be in Skype contact with the ideal programmer.

A basic version at first with ongoing updates over the next months, years etc.

A price for the basic version fist here,  then separate price’s for agreed updates over the next whenever.

I would like it to be web browser based.

Membership ran with 2 log in details 1,email 2 password,

To offer a 2 tier option 1st option with use of end of day data, 2nd option with real time data ran from a MT4 client terminal.

I would like an overall dashboard to activate / de-activate members etc.

The initial program would  recognise, Support & Resistance Breakouts,  Triangles, Channels,

Double Tops/Bottoms & the most of the common candlestick reversal patterns.

Details would be finalised with the programmer prior to acceptance by both parties.

It needs to be Simple to use, simple is the key here, simple...

Later we would add more chart patterns, candlestick reversal patterns, and let it evolve into what the members would want to see....

I am very open to constructive advise as to how to implement this project, I know what I want I just can't build it...
