EA designer wanted

I want a MT4 EA which is very easy

IT will open trade depends on Bollinger Band and EMA

At the inputs, it will ask
1) "Entry Risk" as a default which is "10"
2) "Risk Reward" ad default "2"
3) "Control Bollinger Band" as default "TRUE"
4) "Control EMA" as default "TRUE"
5) " EMA Perioud" as default "13"

At the EA we will use 2 indicator,

Bollinger Band default setting, and EMA(13)



If both "Control Bollinger Band" and "Control EMA" is TRUE

B it will not open any new trade if there is running trade uy Condition: When the price Break and close above the bollinger band Medium line and EMA(13) at the same time, it will open BUY trade, and put stop loss below that candle.
Depends on Stop loss far away, it will put Target with Risk/Reward

For example, with these inputs, 

if Stop loss is 20 pips away. it will put Target, 20 pips x Risk Reward (2) = 40 pips

and if this trade reached to stop loss, it will loose $10 which is "Entry Risk".

and if it will reached to TP, it will make "Entry Risk" x "Risk Reward"

$10 x 2 = $20 profit

If "Control Bollinger Band" TRUE but "Control EMA" is FALSE

Buy Condition:

it will not check EMA(13) to open any trade,

When the price Break and close above the bollinger band Medium line, it will open BUY trade, and put stop loss below that candle.

Depends on Stop loss far away, it will put Target

NOTES:
1) For the SELL trades, it will do opposite ones
2) It will not open any new trade if there is running trade
