Техническое задание

Hi,

I need a simple indicator for both MT5 and MT4, with open source code.

The indicator will need the following input fields:
  • RSI Timeframe: PERIOD_H4 
  • Overbought level (Sell icon): 70
  • Oversold Level (Buy icon): 30
  • RSI periods: 14
  • Mobile notification: true/false
  • Color sell: clrRed
  • Color buy: clrGreen


The indicator will have to create an Arrow object with customizable icon via Wingdings (Sell code 234, Buy code 233) when the RSI on the Input Timeframe crosses the overbought or oversold line.

  • SELL arrow when RSI cross from down to up, Overbought level 
  • BUY arrow when RSI cross from up to down, Oversold Level

Check the RSI cross at new bar to get a confirmation, not during bar formation. Only with new bar opening. So, max 1 signal per bar. 


Attention, very important note! The object must always be displayed on the time and price coordinates of the Input Timeframe, not the visual timeframe. This whether the visual timeframe is higher or lower than the input timeframe. 

Example: input timeframe H4, but I watch at a M15 chart. Arrow objects must always be displayed at the price and time of the H4 RSI cross which is the input timeframe. The visual timeframe should not impact the display point of objects. I need to be able to switch the visual timeframe without impact to the signals.

If I set in the input timeframe "PERIOD_H4" and I switch my chart to M30, the indicator must always work in PERIOD_H4, and print the object to the correct price and time of the PERIOD_H4 timeframe.



The mobile notification must arrive on the MetaQuotes ID only when a new object is created (when the RSI cross occurs), one time per object.

RSI oscillator must not appear in the chart. 

The indicator must work the same way on both MT4 and MT5
