Pip timer

If price moves up x pips within x seconds I want the buy trade to execute. 

If price moves down x pips within x seconds I want the sell trade to execute

I want to choose my starting lot size 

Only one trade per x pips at a time. For example, price moves up 5 pips within 120 seconds. Another trade can not open u until price moves up 5 more pips within 120 seconds 

if possible. I want a seconds timer on the screen 

I want an option to have an Invisible or visible stoploss and tp 

I want an option to select a trail stop or no trail stop 

Recovery option. I want the Lot size to continue to double until trade won or I can select no recovery at all —— I want it to work on all pairs, commodities, and I indices
