Техническое задание

I would like to commission a trade management EA that operates using pending orders and variable lot sizes. The EA would be required to create and delete pending orders, keep a count of total orders created, modify lot sizes on the basis of previous trades, and allow the trader to select various take-profit approaches (fixed TP, trailing stop etc.) The EA would operate on the basis of a trader-determined price level with no need for indicators etc. I have a detailed logic specification prepared (I am a programmer, but don't have time to work on this idea at the moment). I would be looking to establish a long-term relationship with a programmer to enhance the EA in the future (subject to agreed payment etc.).
