Техническое задание

I'm looking for a developer to help create a simple breakout EA.

The strategy in a nutshell: after the time period specified during hour and minute start and hour and minute end passes, the EA will immediately place a buy and sell stop at the highest high and lowest low of the specified time period. Each position is protected by a stop loss and an optional trailing SL function. The idea is to place the stop orders above the high and low of the Asian session, for example, to capture breakouts in the London session.

Looking for an experienced developer to help create the EA. I have a list of all the parameters I will need but am always open to feedback from the developer for any suggestions on how to make the strategy even better.
