Техническое задание

I need to build a class with a dialog box to manually enter the opening price. The appearance of the window is presented in the graphic in the attachment.

Build the window with using a ready-made items from the Include / Controls folder.
The window can be freely moved on the chart (standard functionality of CWnd class) but the window size cannot be changed.

Clicking the Cancel or X button closes the window and does not generate any event, while clicking OK will generate the OpenPriceAppliedEvent event (double newPrice) and give the new price entered in the window as a parameter.

The window should be in a separate DialogOpenPriceMod class (we also make a separate mqh file for this class).

Functions available in the DialogOpenPriceMod class:
void ShowWindow (int x, int y) - displaying a window on the chart in the place specified by the x and y variables (upper left corner of the window)
void CloseWindow() - close the window
void SetCaption (string text) - set the title of the window
void SetPrice (double price) - inserting a value in the edit field "Open price"

Attention! The class must be able to compile in both MT4 and MT5 (one class)
