Not complex indicator needed

hi,

looking to get indicator that looks x candles back, checks if candle was bull or bear, assigns them 1 or 0 and averages it based on weight.

So for example if indicator has setting to look back =3 it goes (candle [3]=bull=1 x weight [3] + candle [2]=bear=0 * weight [2] + candle = bull=1 * weight [1] ) / XX

Where weight [1],  weight [2],  weight [3] will be custom inputs and XX will be custom input.

Max candles to look back 32, so there might be up to 32 weight inputs and 1 XX input (division).

Indicator works based on close of candle and draws back indefinitely.

Weights = double type (not integer!).

It creates alert if specific number is reached (high or low)
