Can anybody make an EA for me it is a simple one

l want a simple ea will use lagurre filter indicator.l can provide the indicator if you dont have it.here is what l want.l want it to order buy when a new bar open and closed above lagurre filter line without touching it and sell when a new bar open and closed below  without touching the line.so l mean the new bar will open should not touch to the lagurre line at all.the orders will be places 5 pips above the new candle for buy and 5 pips belove the new bar for sell.the opposite signal will cancel the other orderand there can be another option for closing an order is if the expert make a buy and market suddenly moved very fast then the stop loss will be 5 pips below daily low and for the sell order the stop will be the daily high.so closing and order will have to option l can use both of them or one of them it will stay optional..forexample if the expert gives a buy signal and then it turned against me and a newbar opened belove lagurre line and it orders a sell then the buy order have to be canceled.pls make the lotsize  flexible you may also add something like this if an order is canceled because the expert receive an opposite order then the new order can be double of the former order,you can let me to activate this option or not.you can add trailing stop function also and order size and if how many order l can place and also adjutable tp and sl.and this robot can be used for any time frame and currency.pls contact with me for the details.thnx
