An expert advisor based that take action based on few positive trend signal

I require an EA which will enter into a trade with a collective of a few trade signal with the trigger parameter of each signal is adjustable by me.

For example:

1) Heiken Ashi

2) Ichimoku Cloud

3) MACD

4) RSI/Stocastic

5) Moving Average

6) VSA

7) Mean Reversion

8) ADX

9) Bolinger bands

10) Breakout

Out of all the signal above I can pick a percentage say 60% of the signal indicate a buy, a buy entry will then be executed.

Stop loss and Take profit is enable.
