Change existing EA add more function

I want to add an indicator to it thats called peak. I only have a ex4 file from it. 

This indicator must also be variable and need to be set off/on, like the valuechart in the EA. 

I want to have buy if the red line comes above ..... level or goes down cross that ...... level So uppercross and downlevel cross buy
Sell if the green line comes above ..... level or goes down cross that ...... level .So uppercross and downlevel cross buy

I want to have also a exit on tradeseconds (variable). So if we dont use stoplevel or stop EMA it must be go exit by seconds.

Open trade is always on the begin of new candle

If we use all indicator in the EA its AND ( i mean if peak is uppercross level 10 and valuechart is 8 and above bband +20 pips is dit need to sell or buy 

the way you build this is for trend (description of the ea is wrong, must be trend), you also need to make it for reversal.
