Create an alert

I need to create an alert for two indicators that I use together at the same time. ASCTrend-Matrix and GenesisMatrix (this matrix a combination of four indicators). I attached all the files needed.

The rules are as follows:

Alert for a Buy signal:

1- Price should be above 35 Simple MA and 50 Exponential MA on three time frames at the same time, this means the time frame I have open (example: M5) and the next two higher time frames (example: M15 and H1).

2- All the four lines in the Genesis Matrix indicator turn blue from all of the four lines being red. See attached picture for example.

3- Now is the tricky part: if the first line in the ASCTrend indicator (line pointed out in the picture attached) is still red, we wait till it turns blue then I get a signal. If the first line is already blue I get a signal immediately when the four lines of the Genesis Matrix indicator turn blue from all of the four lines being red.

For a Sell signal:  

1- Price should be below 35 Simple MA and 50 Exponential MA on three time frames at the same time, this means the time frame I have open (example: M5) and the next two higher time frames (example: M15 and H1).

2- All the four lines in the Genesis Matrix indicator turn red from all of the four lines being blue. See attached picture for example.

3- Now is the tricky part: if the first line in the ASCTrend indicator (line pointed out in the picture attached) is still blue, we wait till it turns red then I get a signal. If the first line is already red I get a signal immediately when the four lines of the Genesis Matrix indicator turn red from all of the four lines being blue.

Note: In addition to that I would like to choose how that the price should be above or below the MA on only two time frames or one. (example: give a buy signal when the price is only above the MAs on both the M5 and M15 or only give a buy signal when price is above the MAs on the M5 only)
