Need an EA that Send Push Notification when simple breakout occur

I need an EA that able to recognize simple breakout pattern when price touch specific price level that I set.

Or in other words, the searching of pattern starts when current price touch specific price level that I set.

The input of the EA is:

1.       1. Specific price level to activate the works of searching pattern (can be enable/disable)

2.       2. Option of BUY ONLY, SELL ONLY

3.       3. TimeFrame that is uses

Output of the EA is:

1.       Push notification alert to MT4 on my mobile phone

2.       Content of Alert:

a.       Name of Pair

b.       Alert message BUY or SELL

c.       Time when Alert send Date, Hour, Minutes

Note:

1.      1. The code should be equiped with lock that only can be used on specific trading account, so I need the mq4 version and be able to put a trading account number.

2.    I use Line Chart to find out breakout pattern… it means you only consider closing price
