Need expert advisor with custom indicator RSI&RMI and default indicator MA

I need coder that can create EA MT4 with the attached custom indicator RSI&RMI (see attachment) and default MT4 indicator MA.

THIS IS NOT INDICATOR REQUEST BUT EXPERT ADVISOR REQUEST.

Entry criteria as below and more detail on the EA specification in the attachment (including screenshot). Custom indicators are attached.

Entry Point Criteria: (See screenshot in the attachment – red vertical line indicates the entry)

1. When custom TDI indicator green line crosses red line (only when green line crosses the red line, not based on the value green line above/below red line)

-        Buy when green line crosses red line up on the next open candle

-        Sell when green line crosses red line down on the next open candle

2. Custom RMI indicator (aqua line) value

-        Buy when aqua line value at open candle higherthan previous 2 candles RMI line value (value previous candle will be configurable, default: 2).

-        Sell when aqua line value at open candle lowerthan previous 2 candles RMI line value (value previous candle will be configurable, default: 2).

3. Moving Average – blue line on screenshot (Default period 20, shift: 0, MA method: exponential, apply to: close).

-        Buy when candle stick open price above value

-        Sell when candle stick open price below value

4. Enter condition: (configurable by user)

1.      EA will open buy or sell if all entry conditions above #1,#2,#3 are met.

2.      EA will open buy or sell only with TDI indicator

3.      EA will open buy or sell only with RMI indicator

4.      EA will open buy or sell only with moving average indicator

5.      EA will open buy or sell with 2 out of 3 enabled indicator criteria (See ea requirements /input for detail)
