An expert advisor based on custom bollinger bands I have

At the moment, all I have is the custom bollinger bands I have been using for manual trading and would like to use these to base an EA around. As it is just an idea at the moment, I will need your input and advice. 


1. The idea of the trading system is as follows: market entries are performed between the top band and bottom band, opening hedges buy/sell of same value together until it hits the top band or bottom band. Then the buy or sell will increase in size using a martingale type sequence 1,2,3,10 etc.

for example: hits top band, buy remains at 0.01, but sell increases to 0.02, then 0.03, 0.06 etc. 


3. Positions are closed by hitting a certain number of pips or hitting the middle band. SL to be double the number of pips of TP. When the larger trade sizes are open, it may be better to have a trailing stop on the profit so it isn't completely lost in case it doesn't hit the middle band. 

5. Positions are opened at the market price.



Budget is negotable as I do not know how much work is needed on it.
