I need modification to my existing EA - SL & TP

i need an EA that could,

Set TP level, Set SL level, turn-off auto trading/ detach other EA after N stop loss hit for the day..

The EA must be able to

1) Set TP level (in $)

2) Set SL level (in $)

3) Once running profit, EA will move SL as 50% (variable) of the Target TP

4) EA will close all transaction within the day if SL/ TP is not reached

5) EA will detach itself/ turn off auto trading if x number of SL reach for today

6) these function should be able to be tested on strategy tester ( we can reuse the EA u created earlier, instead of closing based on close date, it will close with TP and SL rules mentioned above..)
