Develop a very Simple MTF EA scanner that will produce a Dashboard based on various combinations.

This simple Scanner will be based on:
HMA cross (input adjustable). Indicator will be provided.
EMA (xx) input adjustable. Standard EMA.
Williams % R (xx) input lines adjustable. Standard Indicator.
Combination type (combo type) is simply a mix of the above indicators' signals.
EA generates alert to mt4 terminal and also push notifications with the pair, and timeframe informations, like "AEH signal on AUDUSD M15"
