Trend trading EA based around Ichimoku Kinko Hyo

I want to convert a back tested manually highly profitable, low risk system into an EA.
 It recognizes the market condition and trades differently according to the market condition it is in  - Uptrend, Downtrend, Ranging, Pull back and Trend extension etc 
It is based around the 
               1) Ichimoku Kinko Hyo Indicator
               2) Tenken en Cross
               3) Price in relation to Cloud
               4) Stochastics RSI Position and Slope
 It uses the following indicators/tools
                  1) Ichimoku Kinko Hyo
                  2) Stochastics RSI Oscilator
                  3) Higher Highs and Lower Lows  (indicator I specified and available to be used)
                  4) Fibonacci Retracements percentage levels and corresponding Prices
It has 
                   1)  Both Aggressive and Conservative Entry Points
                   2)  Identifying Pullbacks by the making of Higher Highs
                   3)  Hedging the total number of trades When in a Pullback
                   4) Identifying the return to the Trend by the making of lower Lows
                   5) Scaling in at Fibonacci Levels
                   6) Continually scaling in and adding to the position until the end of the Trend and close
The above is written in a modular way so each individual module may be turned on or off
Code
The code has all been clearly written as per the attached sample
Only very highly rated Programmers should apply
While you will allowed to use the EA and its coding yourself you will not be allowed to disclose the information to third parties. To this end a non disclosure agreement with extreme penalties for breaking including all monies or benefits received. However a joint agreement will be considered
I would expect the programmer to identify any mistakes and offer suggestions for improvements

 

Included with the specifications will be a number of videos that I will upload to You tube and supply the links. Essentially my prime objective is only to trade the Pull backs in a trend where I in effect get in at a discount and scale in many times in that trend building the position so that by the end of the trend I have a huge compounding type effect

I will wait until the end of the week 26/7/2013 before selecting a programmer. I am not looking for the cheapest price but the best person to do the job who can offer good suggestions for improvements, identify any mistakes I may have made and produce something exceptional

To date most programmers simple say I can do it. I am looking for more to make the best choice 

I would expect back tests to be run in the major/minor currency pairs and identify any additional things to add eg 1)  do i wait until Price is x pips/5 above/below the cloud to confirm the trend before getting in 2) is there a indicator that will help me predict the end of the trend to target   -   whatever
