ADD more 3 functions on my ea

I need to add to my current robot this:

1 -> News filter where EA can avoid opening new operations if you do not have any open for the same pair before and after x minutes. If orders are already open he ignores it and lets open orders.

2 -> Trend filter, I'll give you an example:

If all the signals are facing the same side the robot opens an order in that direction. The indicator will be passed to you.

3 thing - Headge, whenever a percentage value of the account is reached, the robot makes heading in all the orders protecting the account. Then it will continue to operate normally, and for every% of profit it will close a% of each order, it decomposes for example:

The robot today made € 50 profit, it will close heading operations that total 50% of that profit. And so on until there is no heading. And the account was saved.
