MT4 counter indecator

As shown in picture I need indicator draw green and red line, according to input value default =33 and moving av 100.

Case #1: total number of bars =33

When Low [i]>moving  av the counter start count bars and start draw green up to number 20, at bar number 21 indicator start drew red line to number 33, rest counter when low[i]< moving av

  Case #2: total number of bars >33

In this case total number of bars > 33 so indicator will count as our conditions 1^st 20 bars green and 2^nd 13 bars red bars # 34 will be green to bars # 53 then the bars #54 is red to bar #66 and so…

In any time low[i]<moving av counter reset and start count from 1 (and start draw as our condition)

Also indicator draw next 33 bars(in future)  according to 1^st 20 green and next 13 is red (Close [-1] to Close [-33] and according to Low [i]> moving av

As start point and reset of the draw is Low[i]<moving av
