Adding Audio Alert(no message box) to Indicator in MQ5 and additional pairs and code for 6 variations of audio alert with arrows placed on chart...

please take attached source code in mq5 and add an audio alert(no message box) and up or down arrow and 5 more locations for pairs 11,12,13,14, and 15:

Alert 1: 

when the majority(3) of 4 of those pairs from 1 to 4 are ticking at 30 or below AND the majority(4) of 6 of those pairs from 5 to 10 are ticking at 30 or below then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with down arrow-

Alert 2: 

when the majority(3) of 4 of those pairs from 1 to 4 are ticking at 70 or above AND the majority(4) of 6 of those pairs from 5 to 10 are ticking at 70 or above then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with up arrow-

Alert 3:

when the majority(3) of 4 of those pairs from 1 to 4 are ticking at 30 or below AND the majority(3) of 5 of those pairs from 11 to 15 are ticking at 30 or below then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with down arrow-

Alert 4: 

when the majority(3) of 4 of those pairs from 1 to 4 are ticking at 70 or above  AND the majority(3) of 5 of those pairs from 11 to 15 are ticking at 70 or above then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with up arrow-

Alert 5:

when the majority(4) of 6 of those pairs from 5 to 10 are ticking at 70 or above AND the majority(3) of 5 of those pairs from 11 to 15 are ticking at 30 or below  then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with up arrow-

Alert 6:

when the majority(4) of 6 of those pairs from 5 to 10 are ticking at 30 or below AND the majority(3) of 5 of those pairs from 11 to 15 are ticking  at 70 or above then audio alert only(no audio alert message box) with down arrow-
