Communication DLL

I need a few dlls programmed to

1. Take data from MetaTrader4 and output to a stand alone program. The indicator that is to output the dll data is already written.

2. Return the calculated results to MetaTrader4 to be visually displayed on the charting platform.

3. Some work may also be the writing of the MetaTrader4 displaying indicator.

The output will be a combination of calculated values of price and string. All of the values are already calculated.

I would like to weigh the pros and cons of either doing a dll or pipes. I am also considering doing the output from Metatrader 5.

After the output is done or at the same time, I will also need return communication to MT4 or MT5 with the calculated output results for display on the charting platform.

I look to award the programming contract within 5 days but need to make the decision first as to dll or pipes and as to why for either. I will need first delivery of output communication by 5/25/2015. There may also be some needed MetaTrader indicator work along with the output communication. The output communication will talk with a C++ application.

The return communication will need to be done by 5/28/2015. After the return communication is done, there is also needed indicator programming work to display the returned values.
