Python code that can run backtests and get the results

Use python 3.8+ use write a script such that:

* Launch MT5 terminal and run the tester, with user given parameters.
* Save the html report after finished the backtesting.

The input parameters for backtesting includes:

1. EA file location
2. Set file
3. Symbol
4. Timeframe
5. Start and end date
6. Tick type
7. Choose to use pip as currency or not.
8. Report output file path.
