Translate a Pine Script into a MQL4/5 Indicator

I want to translate the Pine Script below into a MQL4/5 Indicator.

The challenge is to create EMA lines for the Heikin Ashi Close prices, not the actual Close price. So a custom MA() function needs to be created. 

The programmer needs to be familiar with TradingView Pine Script programming for the comparison later with the two drawn lines in both platforms that must be exactly the same.
